Your Mother's Day Out program is a good compliment between the physical activities in the gym and the learning activities in the classroom.  From what I've seen, you either have one or the other.  This is the first place that have two for the price of one!  I am so happy with positive reinforcement my child receives from both the teacher and other children in his class. Caleb's mom

I am very satisfied with your Mothers Day Out Program.  I like the academic skills that you are developing in my child.  I have noticed an increased level of excitement in my child to write letters and specifically his name.  I can truly tell that my child is learning new material in your program.  Thanks for ALL your hare work! - Mother's Day Out Parent

My child knows how to stroke on top of water where as many other kids only know how to swim underwater!  I'm very pleased with this program.  Swim parent - Level 3

Thank you for not putting up with my kid crying.  I'm a believer in overcoming fears and you helped my child do this! - Swim Parent - Goldfish

We are very happy with your swim P.A.L. system.  Teachers are great and it is amazing how fast kids learn! - Swim Parent /Child class

The swimming drills with the swim P.A.L.S. is right on target.  The instructors really care about your child and their progress. - Chelsea and Garret's mom

    GYMNASTICS

    GYMNASTICS

Balance, coordination, physical fitness, and total muscle control outline the primary purpose of the sport of gymnastics. The Spirals gymnastics educational system strives to offer programs that meet this purpose. The self-confidence, discipline, and poise gained through gymnastics training is as valuable as the physical skills learned.

    SWIMMING

    SWIMMING

The Little Fins philosophy is to teach swimming in a fun and safe environment, in order to raise self-esteem. With positive reinforcement, personal attention, and an Award Program that rewards success, children feel good about themselves as they pass from level to level while learning to swim confidently.

All swim instructors have been trained to use the specialized lesson plans of the Little Fins curriculum.  The instructors must complete instruction in Life Saving and First Aid & CPR, as well as completing a hands-on internship in teaching the Little Fins curriculum.

    TUMBLING FOR CHEERLEADING

    TUMBLING FOR CHEERLEADING

Tumbling techniques and skills for the student interested in floor skills for cheerleading is the focus of these classes.

Beginning through advanced classes are offered with training in all skills, from cartwheels to back handsprings and all cheerleading jumps. Combinations of jumps and skills are taught for use in entrances and exits for cheerleading try-outs.

Our Tumbling for Cheerleaders classes are excellent for drill team members, aerobic and fitness students, and gymnasts seeking extra training on floor skills.

Conditioning is included as an important part of increasing vertical jump and rebound skills. Spirals' spring floor, pit mats, and Tumbl-Trak reduces impact on developing joints and allows the student the opportunity to gain confidence in their tumbling skills.

    MOTHER’S DAY OUT

    MOTHER’S DAY OUT

Spirals Mother's Day Out Program is built on the philosophy that early childhood learning in combination with physical education will better prepare children for their introduction into elementary education.  We use the Movin' and More curriculum which emphasizes physical education for the preschool age child.  We believe, as many educators do, that it is imperative to give children a fundamental foundation for their physical development.  The academic portion of this curriculum consists of learning the alphabet, shapes, numbers, colors and much more.  Call for a free tour, and to meet our teacher, Tammy!
